Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at the resort was absolutely enchanting! The beautiful grounds and stunning artwork immediately captured my attention. I enjoyed a heavenly dining experience, especially at Tavola, which was a gastronomic delight. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the variety of family-friendly activities kept everyone entertained. However, I did have some hiccups with check-in and room cleaning that were a bit frustrating.
Our stay at the hotel was filled with both amazing experiences and a few hiccups. The beachfront location is stunning, and the amenities cater well to families. The dining options offered variety, especially for dinner, but breakfast could use some work. The service was exceptional at times, but we faced issues with reservations and availability at certain restaurants, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation.
Our recent stay at The Cloister was a truly special experience. The atmosphere was luxurious, with beautifully maintained grounds that enhanced our relaxation. The rooms were large and comfortable, allowing for a great escape. However, some dining options were either closed or not as plentiful as expected, and the communication regarding these changes could have been better. Overall, it was an enriching getaway, but not without its drawbacks.
Our stay at The Cloister was almost perfect, with beautiful grounds and plenty of engaging activities, but we encountered a few hiccups with the service that hindered our experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, and the property boasts a wide array of family-friendly amenities. While the dining options were top-notch, we had some issues with service speed and communication that put a damper on a few of our outings. Overall, a lovely resort that still needs some fine-tuning in the staff training department.
Our stay at Sea Island was refreshing and fun, especially after months of being cooped up at home. The resort offers a fantastic range of family activities, and we truly appreciated the efforts made in the dining realm, especially when accommodating dietary restrictions. However, the high pricing for meals and some slightly outdated aspects did put a bit of a damper on our experience. Overall, it was an incredible vacation that we can't wait to repeat.
